Liz Wickhart, Co-founder of White Flower Studio, is a Felndekrais® Practitioner, Functional Nutrtition Councelor, Medical Qigong Therapist and Yoga instructor. She specializes in helping people with chronic pain, inflammatory conditions and Neuro-muscular challenges finde freedom and ease in their body and mind. Since 1991 Liz has studied and taught numerous forms of bodywork, nutrition, qigong, meditation and movement therapies.
